    Passion for sport and art

I started sport through rhythmic gymnastics but soon my passion for the water took me to the synchronized swimming. I am part of the Spain National Team of Synchronized Swimming since I was 14, training in the High Performance Center of Sant Cugat. Until today, I have competed and enjoyed three junior world champs, four absolute world championships, two pre-olympics and London Olympics in 2012.

Winning the silver medal in London 2012 is the greatest thing I’ve ever experienced as an athlete and the experience will be with me forever. The sport has made me grow as a person because it allowed me to live multiple unrepeatable experiences, traveling and meeting people. The symbiosis between the synchronized swimming and art has joined my passion for both.

Perfection is an utopia that one only comes through work, perseverance and a healthy ambition to give as much of yourself. This is my goal, to grow as an athlete and as a person and get close to it thanks to teamwork, discipline and effort.

There is life outside the sport, and mine moves around art with fashion and design, which are the focus of my study and perhaps, in a future, also my profession.
